Arbor Terraces
Arbor Terraces, completed recently in North Park, sets the standard for San Diego’s affordable housing projects. The goal was to create a sense of community and individual homes while meeting City of San Diego and San Diego Housing Commission requirements.
The landscape architecture was designed in the context of the neighborhood’s craftsman style bungalows with wood and stucco siding, low sloped roofs, and stone massing. The goal was to create a landscaped multi-family development with a sense of community and to harmonize with the adjacent single family homes in the North Park neighborhood.
